Summary:
The project is based on a comprehensive analysis of data
from various
omics, covering genomics (NGS, genotyping), transcriptomics (RNAseq),
proteomics, epigenomics (DNA and histone modifications) and regulatory
processes (non-coding RNA profiles, splicing variants). Using advanced
bioinformatics methods, we will integrate these data and correlate them
with clinical outcomes.
Role of MF:
Integration
of genetic (NGS, genotyping), expression (RNAseq), proteomic,
epigenetic (DNA and histone modification) and regulatory (non-coding
RNA profiles, splice variants) data with bioinformatics tools (gene
ontology - GO) and association to clinical data.
