The progression requirements are published at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/mf.um.si\/en\/podiplomski-studijski-program\/pogoji-za-napredovanje-2019-20\/\">this link<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>E-enrollment also applies to enrollment in the \u201cadditional year\u201d (absolvent status); in this case, students register via the \u201cicon\u201d for enrollment in a subsequent year.<\/p>\n<p>Before e-enrollment, in accordance with the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.um.si\/univerza\/dokumentni-center\/akti\/Dopolnitve2013\/Pravilnik%20o%20ocenjevanju%20pedago%C5%A1kega%20dela%20in%20obremenitve%20%C5%A1tudentov%20_neuradno%20pre%C4%8Di%C5%A1%C4%8Deno%20besedilo_NPB3_2020.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rules on the Evaluation of Teaching and Student Workload at the University of Maribor, as amended,<\/a>\u00a0you must complete the\u00a0<strong>survey on teaching and actual student workload<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, in accordance with the Rules on Doctoral Studies at the University of Maribor, progress in research work and in the preparation of the doctoral dissertation must be documented in the form of the\u00a0<strong>annual progress report of the doctoral student and (prospective) supervisor on doctoral studies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Then complete e-enrollment according to the instructions: check and, where necessary, complete your personal data (correspondence address, telephone, student email address), then print the enrollment form and sign it. If you do not sign the enrollment form, your enrollment is invalid.<\/p>\n<p>All the documents listed below should be\u00a0<u><strong>sent<\/strong><\/u>\u00a0by registered mail to the address\u00a0<strong>\u201cMedicinska fakulteta UM, Taborska 8, 2000 Maribor\u201d, marked \u201cVpis POD 2025-26\u201d<\/strong>. To complete your enrollment formally, we must receive the enrollment documents\u00a0<u><strong>by September 22, 2025, 10 a.m. at the latest<\/strong><\/u>, regardless of the delivery method.<\/p>\n<p><u><strong>To confirm your enrollment, send the following documents:<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the printed and signed e-enrollment form (check and, where necessary, complete your personal data: address, telephone);<\/li>\n<li>your student ID card (if you have one);<\/li>\n<li>a statement on the payer of the tuition fee (if your employer will pay);<\/li>\n<li>the annex to the doctoral study contract in\u00a0<strong>two copies<\/strong>. If you pay in installments, you must also send a completed and certified guarantor's statement (certified at an administrative unit or by a notary);<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/letno-por-1.docx\">the annual progress report of the doctoral student and (prospective) supervisor on doctoral studies<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Students enrolling\u00a0<strong>in the 2nd year must also send:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the list of second-year elective courses (select 2 courses).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Students enrolling\u00a0<strong>in the additional year before graduation,<\/strong>\u00a0please send:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the printed and signed e-enrollment form (check and, where necessary, complete your personal data: address, telephone);<\/li>\n<li>your student ID card (if you have one);<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/letno-por-1.docx\">the annual progress report of the doctoral student and (prospective) supervisor on doctoral studies<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Enrollment will not be possible unless you send complete and signed documents<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Once the Office has confirmed your enrollment, you will receive 2 copies of the certificate of enrollment, 1 transcript of completed study obligations, your student ID card with a hologram sticker (if you sent it) and the payment order for the enrollment fee at your mailing address.<\/p>\n<p>The fee for enrollment in a subsequent year \/ the additional year is EUR 40.74.<\/p>\n<p>The invoice for the tuition fee will be sent to you or to the payer after enrollment.
