{"id":8016,"date":"2026-09-30T07:23:02","date_gmt":"2026-09-30T07:23:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mf.um.si\/?post_type=oglasna-deska&#038;p=8016"},"modified":"2026-09-30T08:19:21","modified_gmt":"2026-09-30T08:19:21","slug":"obvestilo-studentom-1-letnika-dentalna-medicina-v-studijskem-letu-2026-2027","status":"publish","type":"oglasna-deska","link":"https:\/\/mf.um.si\/en\/oglasna-deska\/obvestilo-studentom-1-letnika-dentalna-medicina-v-studijskem-letu-2026-2027\/","title":{"rendered":"Notice to 1st-year Dental Medicine students for the 2026\/2027 academic year"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>NOTICE<\/strong><br><strong>to 1st-year Dental Medicine students for the 2026\/2027 academic year<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We would like to inform you that teaching will begin on <strong>Thursday, October 1, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. in lecture hall 1N26<\/strong> at the Faculty of Medicine, UM, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/search\/Taborska+ulica+8?entry=gmail&amp;source=g\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Taborska ulica 8<\/a>, 2000 Maribor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>Lectures<\/u><\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong> begin according to the timetable published on the MF UM website, except in the course:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Introduction to Dental Medicine \u2013 Instruments and Devices in Dental Medicine:<\/strong> lectures begin on October 7, 2026 (according to the e-timetable or the schedule by date).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>Seminars<\/u><\/strong> begin according to the timetable published on the MF UM website, except in the courses:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fundamentals of Biophysics:<\/strong> seminars begin on October 13, 2026 (according to the e-timetable or the schedule by date);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Anatomy with Histology and Embryology:<\/strong> seminars begin on October 12, 2026 (according to the e-timetable or the schedule by date).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>Practicals<\/u><\/strong> begin according to the timetable published on the MF UM website, except in the courses:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cell Biology:<\/strong> practicals begin on October 5, 2026 (according to the e-timetable or the schedule by date);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Chemistry<\/strong>: practicals begin in the week of November 11, 2026 (according to the e-timetable or the schedule by date);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Emergency Medicine<\/strong>: practicals begin on October 15, 2026 (according to the e-timetable or the schedule by date);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Introduction to Dental Medicine \u2013 Informatics:<\/strong> practicals begin on December 7, 2026 (according to the e-timetable or the schedule by date).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elective courses in the winter semester are expected to start in the third week of October.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The elective course Fundamentals of Law and Economics in Healthcare (winter semester) will not be taught because too few students registered. Students who chose this course will be assigned to the elective course Medicine and Sport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The summer semester elective courses Selected Topics and Advances in Molecular Biology, Selected Topics and Advances in Medical Genetics and Genomics, Selected Topics and Advances in Histology and Embryology, and Selected Topics and Advances in Biochemistry will not be taught because too few students registered.
